iBookGood ne yapar, ne yapmaz

iBookGood, misafirler ile restoranları buluşturan bir aracı platformdur. Yemek hizmetinin sözleşmesi doğrudan sizinle restoran arasında kurulur. Yemeğin kalitesinden, servisten ve restoranın işletilmesinden ilgili restoran sorumludur.

Restoranların sunduğu indirim, çalışma saati ve masa bilgisi restoranlar tarafından girilir.

Hesap

Hesap açarken doğru bilgi vermeniz gerekir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Bir hesabın kötüye kullanıldığını tespit edersek askıya alabiliriz.

Rezervasyon ve zaman dilimi

İndirimli masalar zaman dilimleri hâlinde sunulur. Her zaman dilimi 50 dakikadır; saat başında başlar ve kalan 10 dakika masanın bir sonraki misafir için hazırlanmasına ayrılmıştır. Bu süre, indirimin restoran açısından sürdürülebilir olmasını sağlayan temel kuraldır.

Rezervasyonunuzu restorandaki karekodu okutarak onaylarsınız.

İndirimin uygulanması

İndirim iki adımda tamamlanır ve biri diğerinin yerine geçmez.

1. Restorana vardığınızda restoranın karekodunu okutmanız varışınızı kaydeder ve faturaya esas kişi sayısını belirler.

2. İndirimin hesabınıza yansıması için ayrıca restoran personelinin size ait karekodu okutması gerekir. Karekodunuzu uygulamada “Rezervasyonlarım → QR kodunuzu gösteriniz” bölümünden açarsınız.

Masa yerleşimi

iBookGood indirimli bir oturum ayırtır, belirli bir masa değil. Seçtiğiniz saatte grubunuza tam uyan bir masa boşta değilse restoran sizi daha büyük bir masaya yerleştirebilir. Bu durumda ödeyeceğiniz tutar değişmez; masanın büyüklüğü hesabınıza yansımaz. Masanın mekân içindeki yerini restoran belirler.

Ancak diğer oturma yerleri bir başka iBookGood kullanıcısına ayrılabilir. Anlayışınız için şimdiden teşekkürler.

Gelmeme ve iptal

Gelemeyecekseniz rezervasyonu iptal etmenizi rica ederiz; boş kalan masa hem restoranı hem başka bir misafiri mağdur eder. Tekrarlayan gelmeme durumlarında indirimlerden yararlanma hakkınızı sınırlayabiliriz.

Değerlendirme ve yorumlar

Yalnızca gerçekten yaşadığınız deneyimi değerlendirin. Düşük puan vermek serbesttir ve engellenmez; yalnızca bir sebep seçmeniz istenebilir.

Gönderilen bir değerlendirme bir kez düzenlenebilir. Yorumlarda kişisel kimliğiniz açığa çıkmaz. Hakaret, ayrımcılık ve gerçek dışı iddia içeren yorumlar kaldırılabilir.

Helâl ve koşer belgeleri

Helâl veya koşer rozetini yalnızca ilgili belgeyi yüklemiş ve belgesi hâlen geçerli olan restoranlarda gösteririz. Süresi dolan belgede rozet otomatik olarak kalkar.

Ancak biz bir sertifika kurumu değiliz: belgenin tarihini kontrol ederiz, gerçekliğini teknik olarak doğrulayamayız. Bir belgede şüpheli bir durum görürseniz lütfen info@ibookgood.com adresine bildirin; sahte veya başkasına ait belge yüklemek işletmenin platformdan çıkarılmasına sebep olur.

Restoranlar için

Restoran ve benzeri işletmelerin platformu ticari amaçla kullanmasına ilişkin koşullar ayrı bir metinde toplanmıştır: İşletme Koşulları. Paketler, ücretler, ödeme takvimi ve yayın kuralları oradadır.

Sorumluluk

Platformu kesintisiz ve hatasız sunmaya çalışırız, ancak teknik kesinti ihtimali her zaman vardır. Kastımız ve ağır ihmalimiz dışında kalan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda uygulamada veya e-posta ile bilgilendiririz.

Was iBookGood tut – und was nicht

iBookGood ist eine Vermittlungsplattform zwischen Gästen und Restaurants. Der Vertrag über die Bewirtung kommt unmittelbar zwischen Ihnen und dem Restaurant zustande. Für Speisen, Service und Betrieb ist allein das jeweilige Restaurant verantwortlich.

Rabatte, Öffnungszeiten und Tischangaben werden von den Restaurants selbst eingetragen.

Konto

Bei der Registrierung sind zutreffende Angaben zu machen. Für die Sicherheit Ihres Kontos sind Sie verantwortlich. Bei erkennbarem Missbrauch können wir ein Konto sperren.

Reservierung und Zeitfenster

Vergünstigte Tische werden in Zeitfenstern angeboten. Jedes Zeitfenster dauert 50 Minuten; es beginnt zur vollen Stunde, die verbleibenden 10 Minuten dienen dem Herrichten des Tisches für den nächsten Gast. Diese Regel macht den Rabatt für das Restaurant überhaupt tragfähig.

Ihre Reservierung bestätigen Sie durch Scannen des QR-Codes im Restaurant.

Tischzuweisung

iBookGood reserviert einen vergünstigten Platz, keinen bestimmten Tisch. Ist zur gewählten Uhrzeit kein Tisch frei, der genau zu Ihrer Gruppengröße passt, kann das Restaurant Ihnen einen größeren Tisch zuweisen. Der zu zahlende Betrag ändert sich dadurch nicht; die Tischgröße wirkt sich nicht auf Ihre Rechnung aus. Wo der Tisch im Lokal steht, bestimmt das Restaurant.

Die übrigen Plätze können jedoch einem anderen iBookGood-Gast zugeteilt werden. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.

Nichterscheinen und Stornierung

Bitte stornieren Sie, wenn Sie nicht kommen können: ein leer bleibender Tisch schadet dem Restaurant und einem anderen Gast. Bei wiederholtem Nichterscheinen können wir die Nutzung von Rabatten einschränken.

Bewertungen

Bewerten Sie bitte nur tatsächlich erlebte Besuche. Eine schlechte Bewertung ist ausdrücklich zulässig und wird nicht unterdrückt; gegebenenfalls wird lediglich nach einem Grund gefragt.

Eine abgegebene Bewertung kann einmal bearbeitet werden. Ihre Identität wird dabei nicht offengelegt. Beleidigende, diskriminierende oder unwahre Beiträge können entfernt werden.

Halal- und Koscher-Nachweise

Das Halal- oder Koscher-Kennzeichen zeigen wir nur bei Restaurants an, die den entsprechenden Nachweis hochgeladen haben und deren Nachweis noch gültig ist. Läuft er ab, entfällt das Kennzeichen automatisch.

Wir sind jedoch keine Zertifizierungsstelle: wir prüfen das Gültigkeitsdatum, können die Echtheit technisch nicht verifizieren. Wenn Ihnen etwas verdächtig vorkommt, melden Sie es bitte an info@ibookgood.com. Das Hochladen gefälschter oder fremder Nachweise führt zum Ausschluss von der Plattform.

Für Restaurants

Haftung

Wir bemühen uns um einen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb, technische Störungen lassen sich jedoch nie ausschließen. Für mittelbare Schäden haften wir nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit. Ihre Rechte als Verbraucher bleiben unberührt.

Änderungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen. Über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir in der App oder per E-Mail.

These terms apply to the use of the iBookGood platform: ibookgood.com, the customer app and the partner app.

What iBookGood does – and does not

iBookGood is a platform that connects guests with restaurants. The contract for the meal is formed directly between you and the restaurant. The restaurant alone is responsible for the food, the service and the running of the venue.

Discounts, opening hours and table information are entered by the restaurants themselves.

Your account

Please provide accurate details when registering. You are responsible for the security of your account. We may suspend an account where we detect misuse.

Reservations and time slots

Discounted tables are offered in time slots. Each slot lasts 50 minutes; it begins on the hour, and the remaining 10 minutes are for preparing the table for the next guest. This rule is what makes the discount workable for the restaurant in the first place.

You confirm your reservation by scanning the QR code at the restaurant.

Table assignment

iBookGood reserves a discounted seat, not a specific table. If no table matching your group size is free at the time you selected, the restaurant may seat you at a larger table. The amount you pay does not change; the size of the table has no effect on your bill. Where the table stands in the venue is the restaurant’s decision.

However, the remaining seats may be allocated to another iBookGood guest. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

No-shows and cancellation

Please cancel if you cannot come: an empty table costs the restaurant and another guest. Repeated no-shows may lead us to limit your access to discounts.

Ratings and reviews

Please review only visits you actually made. A low rating is expressly allowed and is never suppressed; you may simply be asked to give a reason.

A submitted review may be edited once. Your identity is not revealed. Abusive, discriminatory or untrue posts may be removed.

Halal and kosher certificates

We show the halal or kosher badge only for restaurants that have uploaded the relevant certificate and whose certificate is still valid. When it expires the badge disappears automatically.

We are not a certification body, however: we check the expiry date, we cannot technically verify authenticity. If something looks wrong to you, please report it to info@ibookgood.com. Uploading a forged certificate, or one belonging to someone else, leads to removal from the platform.

For restaurants

The terms for commercial use by restaurants and comparable businesses are collected in a separate text: Partner Terms. Plans, fees, the payment calendar and publishing rules are set out there.

Liability

We work to keep the service running without interruption, but technical failures can never be ruled out. We are liable for indirect damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce any significant change in the app or by e-mail.
